We want you to feel confident ordering Kooplex. Here's how returns and refunds work.

14-Day Return Window

You may return your Kooplex within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange — provided the bottles are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Why we can't accept opened products

Kooplex is a topical medication. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been opened, used, or removed from sealed packaging. This is a hygiene standard required for any pharmaceutical product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Kooplex arrives with damaged or leaking bottles, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kooplexlebanon.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.

Allergic reaction or adverse response

Although rare, some users experience scalp irritation when starting minoxidil. If you experience an allergic reaction or significant adverse response within the first 7 days of use, contact us with photos and a description of what you experienced. We will work with you on a partial refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if symptoms are severe.

How to Request a Return

Email support@kooplexlebanon.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a pickup address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective or damaged products. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping within Lebanon.
