About the Product
What is Kooplex?
Kooplex is a 5% minoxidil topical hair growth serum — the FDA-approved gold standard for treating androgenetic alopecia (pattern baldness). It comes as a 90-day supply (3 × 60 mL bottles) and is applied with a precision dropper twice daily to the scalp.
Does minoxidil really work?
Yes, and the science is solid. A 902-patient clinical study of 5% minoxidil topical solution found that approximately 84% of users saw meaningful results, with 16% rating it "very effective," 48% "effective," and 21% "moderately effective." It's the most studied and clinically validated topical hair loss treatment available.
How long until I see results?
Most users follow this rough timeline:
- Weeks 1–8: early shedding (this is normal — see below)
- Months 2–4: fine new hairs appear in thinning areas
- Months 4–6: visible density and thickness improvements
- Month 6+: continued steady improvement with consistent use
Most clinical studies measure efficacy at the 6-month mark. Plan for at least a 6-month commitment to evaluate results fairly.
Why am I shedding more hair after I started using it?
The "shedding phase" is a well-documented response to minoxidil. The medication accelerates dormant follicles into the active growth phase, and old hairs are pushed out to make room for new ones. It happens in the first 2 to 12 weeks. Importantly, clinical research shows that greater shedding correlates with better long-term results — it's a sign the medication is working. Stay the course.
Will I have to use it forever?
Minoxidil maintains hair growth as long as you use it consistently. If you stop, hair regrowth gradually reverts to your pre-treatment baseline over 3–6 months. This is true of every minoxidil product on the market — it's not unique to Kooplex. Many users continue using it indefinitely as part of their routine.
What kind of hair loss does it treat?
Kooplex works best for:
- Crown and vertex thinning
- Diffuse hair loss across the top of the scalp
- Early-to-moderate androgenetic alopecia (pattern baldness)
It is less effective on receding hairlines specifically, and not appropriate for sudden hair loss, patchy hair loss, or hair loss caused by medical conditions other than pattern baldness. Consult a doctor if you're unsure of the cause.
Is it for men or women?
5% minoxidil is FDA-approved for men and well-studied. Women can also use it, though women are typically prescribed 2% — so women should consult a doctor before using a 5% product. Side effects (especially unwanted facial hair) are more common in women using 5%.
Safety
Is Kooplex safe?
Yes — when used as directed. In a 902-patient clinical study, 88.6% of users rated tolerability as good or very good, and only 3.9% experienced side effects (mostly mild scalp dermatological events). Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, or have a known allergy to minoxidil. Consult your doctor first if you have a heart condition or take blood pressure medication.
What are the most common side effects?
- Scalp dryness or mild irritation (usually resolves within 2–3 weeks of starting)
- Temporary increased shedding in weeks 2–12 (normal — see above)
- Itching or flaking
Rare but possible: unwanted facial hair (more common in women), dizziness, rapid heartbeat, scalp swelling. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience these.
Can I use it on a beard or eyebrows?
Some men use minoxidil for beard growth, with mixed results. Kooplex is formulated and approved for scalp use only — we don't make claims for facial application and recommend consulting a doctor before using it off-label.
Application
How do I apply it?
Apply 1 mL of solution to the affected scalp area, twice daily (morning and night). The scalp should be clean and dry. Use the dropper to apply, then gently massage in with your fingertips. Wash hands afterward. See our full How to Use guide for details.
Do I apply to wet or dry hair?
Dry hair only. Wet hair dilutes the solution and reduces effectiveness.
Can I style my hair afterward?
Yes — but wait at least 4 hours before washing, swimming, or heavy sweating. You can style once the solution is absorbed (typically 15–20 minutes).
What if I miss a day?
Don't double up. Just continue with the next dose at the regular time. A few missed doses won't reverse your progress, but consistency matters for long-term results.

Yes. We deliver everywhere in Lebanon — Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, South, Bekaa, and Nabatieh — completely free.
How long does delivery take?
Beirut and Mount Lebanon: 1–2 business days. All other regions: 2–4 business days.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You only pay when your Kooplex arrives. No card or upfront payment required.
Is the package discreet?
Yes. Kooplex is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The box does not display product names or brand markings on the outside.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
Discontinue use immediately. Contact us at support@kooplexlebanon.com with photos and a description, and we'll work with you on a replacement or partial refund. If the reaction is severe, consult a doctor.
